About Me

Kelvis Melo, is a licensed Broker Associate and Certified International Property Specialist and New Home Co-Broker at The Experts Team Realty Inc. He is a second generation real estate broker. Although his 1st career was in law enforcement, he maintained a relationship with real estate as an investor during this time. Upon his retirement from law enforcement 12 years ago, he started practicing real estate in the Dominican Republic.

Two years later he moved to Florida and started practicing real estate in Florida where he earned numerous awards in real estate. He actively works with 1st time homebuyers, veterans, and global clients. He is skilled in many facets of real estate to include working with investors and visa investors i.e. E-2, and EB-5 Visa Programs. He is also very active in The Osceola County Association of Realtors, serving in the Professional Standards Committee and as chair of the Global Alliance Committee. He will also serve as Director at The Osceola County Association of Realtors from 2020-2022.
