About Me

Viviana Guerrero is a full-time licensed professional realtor with a Bachelor Degree in Business Management from University Santiago de Cali. She is originally from Cali, Colombia happily married for more than 8 years. She moved from North Carolina to Florida 6 years ago after her husband been honorable discharged from the military. Her dream was always to live and raise a family in the Orlando area because she loves the weather and the fantastic people around this state. After her ten-year career as a banker, Viviana decided it was time for a change of scenery. She always have been passionate for the real estate career, and with the support of her husband and her broker Maria Vega, now she has the chance to pursuit this profession.

As realtor, she is very enthusiastic to bring all her knowledge for the benefit of the clients. Her extensive bank experience give her the advantage to guide her clients through the process of buy or sell their properties. Combining her strong educational background and credentials, make her ready and well prepared for the new challenges. For now, she is focusing in residential properties but eventually she will be trying to learn as much as possible in the different areas. She is a very curious person who enjoys learning new things at all the times, by researching, reading, taking courses, and most important preparing for her new projects. She also enjoy swimming, listening jazz music, and not to mention that her biggest excitement is traveling around the world exploring new culture and adventures. Another especial recognition is that she has been a volunteer of the American Red Cross, Educational and Developmental Intervention Services, Hispanic Resource Center, along with other non-profit organizations for many years. She is very excited to bring her abundant energy, creativity, dedication, experience and personal knowledge to her work.
